Issue: I closed my browser and now the items I added to my cart are gone.
Response: At Ancient Treasures, we do not collect any user-specific information from you until you choose to finalize an order with the store. When you open your browser and visit our page, a randomly-generated identifier is assigned to your browser. This identifier is used to associate you with items that you have placed in the cart. If you close your browser, this identifier is lost and you will have to start the process again.
